Firearms Transfers

We make firearm transfers fast, inexpensive, and hassle-free. We will transfer your firearms for $45 for all non-NFA transfers, and $20 for each additional one. Please read and review our transfer policies before you order your firearm. This price includes the state background check fee of $18 and our transfer fee of $27.

Our License: 

Please complete the transfer request form below to request a copy of our license and to begin the transfer process. This form must be completed before we can send our license!

Notification:

We will not notify you when your transfer has arrived. Please follow your tracking information to see when the firearm has been delivered and then allow us 24 hours before booking your appointment. We only complete transfers for properly booked appointments within our accepted hours. 

Background Checks: 

We will only transfer your firearm in accordance with state and federal law. Please bring the necessary identification documents when you arrive for your appointment. If you are transferring a firearm defined by Washington state law as an "assault weapon" please bring your necessary certifications to complete the transfer. All transfers will require proof of completion of a Washington State accepted gun safety course.

Abandoned Firearms:

If your firearm is left with us for more than 60 days without prior arrangement, we reserve the right to consider your items abandoned and will take possession of them or return them to the seller.

Washington State Sales/Use Tax

If you have purchased your firearm from a dealer located out of Washington state, you will need to pay either sales tax or use tax on the firearm. Please have an invoice ready to show us if you have already been charged Washington state sales tax on your order. If you have not already paid sales tax, we will collect use tax as required by state law. Transfers between private parties are exempt, including when an FFL is used to assist in the shipping, etc. Please see this notice from the Washington Department of Revenue if you have any questions.
